PHL Embassy in Riyadh closed July 16-21

Filipinos in Saudi Arabia may have to put off transactions with the Philippine embassy in Riyadh from July 16 to 21.

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, in an announcement on its website, said it will be closed on those dates for Eidl Fitr.

It said it will resume regular working hours July 22 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Muslims last month started the holy month of Ramadan. In the Philippines, many in the Muslim community prayed for peace especially in Mindanao.  Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News
