Kuwait Strongly Condemns Attack on Jordanian Ambassador’s Residence in Khartoum

KUWAIT CITY, May 27: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait has expressed its firm condemnation and denouncement of the recent attack and vandalism that occurred at the residence of the Jordanian ambassador in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum. In an official statement released on Saturday evening, the Ministry emphasized Kuwait’s unequivocal rejection of the ongoing incidents of aggression and vandalism targeting diplomatic missions and their facilities in the sisterly Republic of Sudan. The Ministry renewed its urgent appeal to the relevant authorities and all involved parties to take swift action in ensuring the complete protection of diplomatic missions, as mandated by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961.
