Bangladeshi window cleaner acquitted of peeping at Pinay in UAE

A United Arab Emirates (UAE) court on Monday acquitted a Bangladeshi window cleaner of charges that he intentionally peeped at a Filipina as she was taking a shower last April, the news site Khaleej Times said. The report on Tuesday said the cleaner, 28, was found not guilty of charges of molestation. The cleaner denied that he intentionally peeped at the woman and that he was only doing his job of cleaning the window glass of the bathroom. The complainant, a 38-year-old Filipina decor designer, said the incident happened as she was about to take a shower in her flat last April. She said she closed the bathroom window before undressing. As she was about to bathe, she noticed that the window was open again. When she closed the window again, she saw the defendant opening it. However, the window cleaner claimed that he was only doing his job at that time and had no intention of peeping at the woman. - VVP, GMA News
