However, a passport is not enough to gain you entrance to the US. For that, you have to have a visa.

KUWAIT: Kuwait’s Minister of State for Communication Affairs Omar Al-Omar announced on Tuesday the launch of the English version of “Sahel” app, as part of government’s efforts to digitalize and facilitate services.
