According to documents obtained by GMA News, Irma went to hospital last August 10 and reported that she had been raped.
On August 14, she was again in hospital, this time rushed there by ambulance. A medical report said Irma had a bruised jaw and had blood in her urine.
The next day it was also discovered that she had pneumonia, and Irma was taken to the intensive-care unit where she eventually expired.
The Edloys do not believe that Irma died of natural causes, and they were determined to have her autopsied. — DVM, GMA News
