· Proof of membership in the religious organization.
· Proof of the organization's tax exempt status.
· Letter from the organization describing the nature of the employment and length of intended stay in the U.S.
· Applicant must demonstrate they have work experience in their home country with the same religious organization they will represent in U.S.
· If there is a Form I-797 - either I-797A or I-797B. I-797C is not acceptable.

The visa category "Professionals Under the North American Free Trade Agreement" is available only to citizens of Canada and Mexico, under the terms of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Spouses and dependent (minor) children do not need to be Canadian or Mexican citizens.
