Reports said Nozaki was arrested in 2000 and later sentenced to three years and six months for mutilating and abandoning the body of another Filipina. Nozaki reportedly killed the woman in 1999. He allegedly burned the body parts of the 27-year-old victim, and flushed them down the toilet. - GMANews.TV
