Kuwait delegation in PH to recruit 500 Pinoy health workers

KUWAIT – A recruitment delegation is in Manila to interview potential workers who will fill over 500 slots for private hospitals and polyclinics and at the Faculty of Dentistry of Kuwait University.A total of 400 nurses, with no less than three years of work experience, are needed for private hospitals and polyclinics.
"Come to A.D.M., to Mother's Way, to conduct our exam, in order that we can hire them in Kuwait," said Dr. Shadya Kamal Hakeem, Assistant CEO, Global Technologies for Medical Supplies & Services.
On the other hand, the Kuwait University's Faculty of Dentistry is looking for 110 dental nurses, dental hygienists, dental technicians and dental X-ray technicians.
"We are five delegates from the Faculty of Dentistry, Kuwait University, interested to find good candidates to help out in our education for our dental students, dental school," said Director of Clinics, Dr. Adel Al-Asfour.
Aside from the attractive salary, successful applicants will also have free accommodation and transportation. They will also be given free tickets to the Philippines upon completion of their two-year contract.
Kuwait has high regard for Filipino health workers.
"I found in them dedication and sense of humor and sense of professionalism. They're usually well-behaved and patient," said Dr. Al-Asfour.
"Filipino workers are serious workers. They're working with professional work," added Executive Vice President Ali Al Daher Al Enezi of the Gulf Business Services & Recruitment Group.
The Kuwait delegation will be in the Philippines until July 18 to recruit Filipino health workers.
"Ang aming agency, we make your dreams come true. Mag-apply po kayo sa amin. Most of the time, may umuuwi po kaming employer. Ngayon naman po time ng mga private hospitals and clinics and Kuwait University," said Ana Del Mundo, owner of the A.D.M. International Manpower Services Company.
A.D.M. International Manpower Services and Mother's Way Overseas Manpower Specialists are duly registered with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
