DFA Undersecretary Rafael E. Seguis, chairman of the DFA-Overseas Voting Secretariat, said Filipinos in the Middle East should take this opportunity to register.
“I appeal to you my kababayans in the Middle East to take the opportunity to politically empower yourselves, to the same or greater level that you are providing economic empowerment to your family back home, by registering now as an overseas voter and exercising your right to vote for who will continue to build and lead our country into the third decade of the twenty first century.” he said.
