41 OFWs in KSA pass PRC licensure exams - report
MANILA, Philippines - At least 41 overseas Filipino workers based in the western region of Saudi Arabia passed the licensure examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission, an online report said.
Online news site Arab News reported Thursday that 41 out of 74 Filipino examinees passed the Special Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE) administered on March 25 to April 1 2009 in Alkhobar and Jeddah.
Of the 41, 12 passed in civil engineering, 18 in architecture, 10 in mechanical engineering and one in accounting.

The tentative schedule of the next SPLBE, meanwhile, is set on the last week of November in Alkhobar and Jeddah.
