Pag-Ibig: Present members ID for faster processing

Starting last Sept. 1, Pag-Ibig required all its members to present a Membership Identification (MID) number for faster processing of their loan applications and other transactions.
The Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-Ibig Fund) has adopted the MID numbers method to hasten the delivery of its services.
Under this new guidelines, each time the employers remit the contributions and loan payments of their employees, the names and MID numbers of their employees must be indicated on the remittance forms.
Pag-Ibig Fund said that members who have no MID numbers will suffer delays in transaction processing.
Forms to be submitted that require MID include members contribution remittance form, short term loan, multi-purpose loan applications and monthly remittance schedule for multi-purpose loans.
Pag-Ibig advised its members without the MID yet to secure a registration tracking number (RTN) at any Pag-Ibig branch or through their website www.pagibigfund.gov.ph.
The RTN can be used in place of the MID.
Pag-Ibig also advised members to submit a softcopy (computer file) of their remittance schedules for faster posting of contributions and loan payments.
Easy-to-use softcopy format can be secured at all Pag-Ibig branches or online at pagibigfund.gov.ph/DLforms/prov.aspx.
