Skeletal remains of OFW found in South Korea arrive in Iloilo

The skeletal remains of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) found in a septic tank in South Korea arrived in the country on Sunday morning.
The remains of OFW Michael Angelo Claveria arrived at 9:30 a.m. at the Iloilo International Airport.
The bereaved family sought justice for the death of Claveria, a factory worker who went to South Korea in 2016. In the same year, he was reported missing and his remains were found only in April this year.
The victim's sister, Delia Claveria, said the Korean police have suspected that his brother's close friends may be involved in the crime, adding that a deep-seated envy could be the motive.
Philippine Ambassador to South Korea Raul Hernandez had said that the prime suspect in the killing of Claveria has already returned to the Philippines.
Hernandez said the South Korean authorities have tapped the Philippine National Police and the Interpol to hunt down the prime suspect. —Anna Felicia Bajo/ALG, GMA News
