Secretary Baldoz orders POEA to deliver satellite services for Eastern Visayas OFWs


Based on a directive by DOLE Secretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz, POEA Administrator Hans
Leo J. Cacdac yesterday said overseas Filipino workers who are residents of areas affected by
typhoon Yolanda in Samar and Leyte may have their documents processed at the following POEA
offices:

POEA Regional Center for Visayas
Ground Floor DOLE Building (old Insular Building)
corner General Maxilom Avenue and Gorordo Avenue
Cebu City

POEA Satellite Office Region V
3rd Floor ANST Bldg., Washington Drive
Legaspi City

OWWA Satellite Office
3/F Raul Roco Library Building
Naga City Hall Complex
Miranda Avenue
Naga City

POEA Central Office
EDSA cor. Ortigas Avenue
Mandaluyong City

Based also on a directive by Secretary Baldoz, efforts are underway to restore full OFW services
by the POEA and partner agencies OWWA, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth at the DOLE Compound in
Tacloban City, which had been badly damaged by storm surges and strong winds.
