Pinoy seriously injured as his vehicle was stuck in sand in UAE



 
A Filipino in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was seriously injured after his vehicle was stuck in the sand this week.
 
According to a report of the news site Gulf News on Wednesday, the Abu Dhabi police used an air ambulance to rescue the Filipino.
 
The report did not identify the Filipino.
 
The initial investigation showed that the Filipino's vehicle had jammed in the sands.
 
The police's air ambulance scoured the area for him for more than two hours, the report said.
 
Once it found the Filipino, the aircraft medical crew provided him first aid to stabilize his condition. - VVP, GMA News
