Saudi-based Pinoys with children reminded on DNA testing

Filipinos with children who want to return from Saudi Arabia were reminded over the weekend to undergo the process for DNA testing so their children can get the needed exit visas.

According to the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, there are still more than 100 mothers/fathers and children cases it could not contact since the pre-registration procedure started July 6.

The embassy issued the reminder as it said the Saudi government's offer of free DNA testing may be the last.

"Mahalagang matandaan ng mga magulang sa Mothers/Fathers and Children cases na ang posetibong resulta sa DNA Testing lamang ang tanging paraan upang makakuha ang inyong mga anak ng exit visa para sa pag-uwi sa Pilipinas (Remember that only a positive DNA test result can lead to exit visas for your children)," the embassy said.
