PHL Embassy in Saudi Arabia announces office hours during Ramadan

The Philippine Embassy in Saudi Arabia on Monday announced its office hours during the holy Islamic month of Ramadan.

It said its office hours will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays to Thursdays, effective on the first day of Ramadan.

"(N)ormal hours will resume on the first working day after the Eid el-Fitr holiday," it said.

While it did not specify when Ramadan will start, an article on Ramadanmonth.com said Ramadan is "estimated" to start on June 18 in most countries.  — Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News

Gazan buried as only known victim of Iran’s strikes on Zionist entity --- Agencies

JERICHO, West Bank: A 38-year-old Gazan, the only known fatality in Iran’s missile attack against the Zionist entity, was buried on Wednesday.
