Philippine Ambassador to the United States Jose Manuel Romualdez extended the sympathies of the Philippine Embassy to the families of the three individuals who were shot and killed by a woman who also wounded three others before fatally shooting herself.
Romualdez said the incident happened at a Rite Aid distribution facility in Aberdeen, Harford County, about 30 miles northeast of Baltimore.
He said leaders of the Filipino community in Baltimore have also not heard of any Filipino being among the dead or wounded in the incident.
There are nearly 7,800 members of the Filipino community in the First Congressional District of Maryland, which covers Harford County.
