STARTING August 1, 2013, Bukidnon Cooperative Bank, its main office in the City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon along with its five branches is no longer authorized to accept premium
payments from PhilHealth members.PhilHealth members are advised to proceed to the nearest
PhilHealth Regional Offices (PROs), Local Health Insurance Offices (LHIOs) and other Accredited Collecting Agents (ACAs) for their premium payments.For information on PROs, LHIOs and ACAs,
