POEA imposes total ban on OFWs for Iraq, allows deployment ofworkers returning to Libya

The POEA Governing Board issued  GBR No. 9, S2014, allowing the processing and deployment of Filipino workers in selected skill categories returning to Libya; and GBR No. 10 S2014 imposing a total ban on deployment of OFWs bound for Iraq, except for the Iraqi Kurdisatan Region.
