No Pinoys on board Russian plane that caught fire —DFA


There were no Filipinos in the Russian passenger plane that caught fire after making an emergency landing in Moscow, leaving over 40 people dead, according to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
"The Philippine Embassy in Moscow reported that there were no Filipinos among the 76 passengers on board the plane," the DFA said in a statement Tuesday.
Apart from the 41 fatalities, 14 received outpatient treatment and nine people were hospitalized after the crash.
The DFA extended its condolences to the victims of the incident. —KBK, GMA News
