GMA Network’s international channels – GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV, and GMA News TV International – are now available nationwide in Australia via its pay-TV carrier, Fetch TV.

Kapuso viewers in major cities across the country now have access to the latest news and entertainment straight from home through Fetch TV’s partnership with Optus, the second largest telecommunications company in Australia. At present, Australia is home to over 325 000 Filipinos.

“With the launch of our international channels on a nationwide scale, GMA International endeavours to provide more Kapuso viewers in Australia with the best that GMA Network has to offer,” expressed GMA Network Vice President and Head of International Operations Joseph T. Francia.

“We are fortunate to have Fetch TV as our partner in providing quality programs and services to more of our fellow Filipinos in the country,” he adds.

GMA Pinoy TV, the Network’s flagship international channel, brings viewers closer to home with its comprehensive and up-to-date news and public affairs programs, as well as original and captivating entertainment shows.

On GMA Pinoy TV, viewers can get the latest information straight from home through the Network’s flagship news telecast, 24 Oras, anchored by veteran broadcasters Mike Enriquez and Mel Tiangco.

Kapuso viewers are also treated to the latest drama series currently airing on local television. This June, catch the heartwarming story of Niño, starring Miguel Tanfelix as a 15-year old boy with mental incapacities who will become a beacon of hope to his town mates with the help of his “Tukayo”, a Sto. Niño incarnate to be played by child star David Remo.

Moreover, the powerhouse cast consisting of multi-awarded artists Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes, Kapuso Premier Actress Lovi Poe and the Diamond Star Maricel Soriano will captivate audiences with their riveting performances in Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real, a story of a man who falls in love with two women and marries both. The series explores this bigamous relationship and aims to show the consequences and the changes in the life of the betrayer and the betrayed.

On the other hand, the Philippines’ first international lifestyle channel, GMA Life TV, presents a rich and vibrant mix of programs that celebrate the best in Filipino lifestyle.

Throw away all the negatives vibes with GMA Life TV’s newest talk show Basta Every Day Happyhosted by Donita Rose, Gladys Reyes, Alessandra De Rossi, and Chef Boy Logro. Through its celebrity guests and fun segments, the show aims to bring smiles and happiness to its viewers each day.

GMA Life TV’s latest offering Love Hotline sees actress-host Jean Garcia resuming her hosting/love counseling stint in a show that gives practical solutions to the featured love problem via engaging heart-to-heart conversations and highlights inspiring love stories through artful executions of romantic stories featuring Kapuso artists.

Furthermore, GMA News TV International, powered by the most trusted news and public affairs team in the Philippines, will deliver the most complete, accurate, and credible news through the Network’s multi-awarded news personalities and top-rated programs.

Among these are its flagship newscast State of the Nation with Jessica Soho, hosted by Peabody award winner and highly regarded broadcast journalist Jessica Soho, which features in-depth analyses on current issues; and Investigative Documentaries, hosted by Malou Mangahas (one of Metrobank’s Journalists of the Year for 2013) which assesses the performance of political clans, studies the impact of government policies and investigates corruption.
