Media Advisory The Social Security System (SSS) reminds all SSS pensioners to report for the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) program, which is scheduled based on their birth month, to validate their eligibility to receive continued pensions. SSS pensioners can either go to their depository bank or the nearest SSS branch, and submit the duly accomplished ACOP form. For pensioners who are physically unable to appear personally for ACOP, they may submit their documents through representatives with proper authorization or may request for domiciliary visits. For SSS pensioners who are currently based abroad, the ACOP form and copies of two valid IDs issued by the host country must be mailed to the SSS Members Assistance Center-ACOP counter in Diliman, Quezon City. The pensioner may also submit a Certificate of Appearance issued by the Philippine Consulate in lieu of the IDs. For clarifications, please contact the SSS Call Center at 920-6446 to 55, or send an e-mail to member_relations@sss.gov.ph.
