Pinay helper in HK injured by falling paper-cutter

A Filipina domestic helper was hit on the head by a falling paper cutter in Hong Kong on Tuesday.
Citing Chinese-language news site Headline Daily, EJ Insight reported that the helper suffered a head injury when a 25-centimeter cutter struck her on the back of the head while walking along Wan Chai Market.
The worst was avoided as the blade of the cutter was concealed but the 55-year-old Filipina still suffered a wound from her injury.
Police arrested a scaffolding worker in connection with the incident as they believe the cutter was dropped from a nearby building undergoing renovation.
The Filipina was on her way home from buying kitchen utensils when the accident happened. Rie Takumi/JST, GMA News
