4 Pinoys killed, 2 others hurt in UAE road accident

Four overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) were killed in a road accident while conducting the Holy Week tradition of Visita Iglesia in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on Friday, a News TV Live report said Monday.
Citing Philippine Ambassador to Abu Dhabi Constancio Vingno, the report said the four were killed when a speeding SUV rammed their vehicle, which stopped after it developed a flat tire.
The report said the four died on the spot while two others were in critical condition and were brought to Al Rahba hospital.
The Embassy has yet to identify the fatalities pending notification to their respective families, but said they were three men and one woman.
The report said Vingno is currently coordinating with authorities in Abu Dhabi regarding the Filipino victims. Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/KBK, GMA News
