50 Pinoys evacuated from Libya arrive at NAIA

At least 50 more Filipinos evacuated from Libya arrived home Sunday afternoon.

The 50 arrived aboard two flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, radio dzBB's James Agustin reported.

One batch arrived at 3:40 p.m. at the NAIA-1 while another arrived at 4 p.m. at NAIA-3.

On Saturday, the Department of Foreign Affairs said 181 more Filipinos had been evacuated from the strife-torn nation.

These included 47 based in eastern Libya who were evacuated on April 15, and 134 based in western and central Libya evacuated on April 16.  Joel Locsin/BM, GMA News
