DFA bares last 3 days’ visiting sked for Veloso’s family
The family of Mary Jane Veloso, the Filipina facing the death penalty in Indonesia for a drug-related case, will be allowed to visit her on her execution date.
In a tweet, the Department of Foreign Affairs cited information from the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta Mary Jane's family can visit her Sunday until Tuesday.
For Sunday and Monday, they can visit her from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but on Tuesday, the visiting hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On Saturday, Mary Jane met her family for the first time since she was transferred to a prison island to await execution.
