Pinay shot to death in California

ABS-CBN North America News Bureau

A Filipina was shot to death last Thursday in San Francisco Bay Area, and police believe the suspect may have been romantically involved with the victim.
Police say 47-year old Roselyn Policarpio was walking near the Lindsey Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek, California Thursday afternoon when she was shot 4 times by 38-year-old Gregory Procopowicz.
The gunman reportedly fled the scene and was arrested in nearby Martinez after a 19-hour standoff with police. The suspect was allegedly high on drugs.
Policarpio was a mother and according to her Linked in profile, which appears to have been compromised, was a graduate of the Philippine Women’s University.
