Fil-Am teen joins Team Adam on ‘The Voice USA’

Filipino-American teen Nathan Hermida impressed two out of four coaches in the latest season of The Voice USA. The 17-year-old aspiring singer gave a soulful rendition of Miguel's "Sure Thing."

Nathan was able to get Adam to turn his chair within the few seconds of his performance and Christina Aguilera followed right after. Both coaches gave Nathan standing ovations by the end of his song.

Christina pointed out how "sexy" Nathan's voice is. Adam agreed on Christina's comment but assures Nathan that he will make him the "centerpiece" of his team.

Adam told Nathan, "I want to make you the centerpiece of my team. I think that's how good you are.

"I think you are ridiculous. I think you're gonna be into the finals."

Ultimately, Nathan chose Adam as is his coach. —Philippine Entertainment Portal
