The Social Security System (SSS) conferred the “Balikat ng Bayan” distinction to two top-performing companies during the awarding ceremonies at the Ramon Magsaysay Hall of the SSS corporate headquarters in Diliman, Quezon City on September 25. Circular plaques sculpted by Filipino artist Dr. Antonino Raymundo were presented to (center, holding the plaques) PYP Agro Industries, Inc. President Patricio F. Pineda Jr. and Cebu Mitsumi Inc. representative Rodolfo Consares.
