32 OFWs arrive from strife-torn Libya

A batch of 32 overseas Filipino workers returned to the country from strife-torn Libya on Saturday afternoon.
 
The 32 arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 before 5 p.m., radio dzBB's Sam Nielsen reported.
 
On hand to welcome them were personnel of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.
 
Another batch of OFWs is due to return from Libya on Sunday.
 
The DFA declared Crisis Alert Level 4 in Libya last July 20. This meant a total deployment ban and mandatory repatriation.  Joel Locsin/JDS, GMA News
