The Social Security System (SSS) conferred the “Balikat ng Bayan” distinction to the Manila Bulletin, UNTV television show “Good Morning Kuya” and GMA DYSS-Cebu radio program “Imbestigador” for their contributions to the fulfillment of the SSS mission as best media partners. Social Security Commissioner Daniel Edralin (left), SSS president and Chief Executive Officer Emilio de Quiros, Jr (2nd from left), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor and Guest of Honor Amando Tetangco, Jr (2nd from right), and SSS Chief Legal Counsel Voltaire Agas (right) presented the awards to (standing next to De Quiros from left to right) Manila Bulletin Vice President for Public Relations Carmencita Suva and Publisher Atty.
