A Filipina domestic helper was given a two-week suspended jail sentence by a Hong Kong court for biting her employers six-month-old baby on the shoulder, the Radio Television Hong Kong site reported Monday.

The 25-year-old helper's sentence was suspended because she had pleaded guilty, explaining that she found the infant “cute.”

Also, acting Principal Magistrate at the Kwun Tong Magistracy Don So explained that the OFW was young and deserved a second chance.  Joel Locsin/DVM, GMA News
